Terms of Use

Clear expectations. A better experience.

Current date:
Policy revision: September 21, 2026

1. Website use

These terms apply to your use of the RayRay’s Color Bar website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue using it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Information and service inquiries

The website provides information about Rachael Miller’s salon services in Goodyear, Arizona. Descriptions, availability, pricing, and appointment durations may change. Confirm the details of your requested service directly with Rachael before proceeding.

A contact form submission, message, or gift card inquiry is a request only. It does not confirm an appointment, complete a purchase, or guarantee availability. Appointments require Rachael’s approval and confirmation.

3. Pricing and deposits

Pricing and timing vary based on the service, hair length, thickness, starting condition, and desired result. Additional color, haircuts, styling, or other add-ons may involve extra charges. Confirm the total and any additional charges with Rachael.

A nonrefundable deposit may be required under the applicable booking terms. The amount and conditions will be communicated before payment. Any treatment of deposits following a cancellation is governed by the terms provided at booking and applicable law.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

RayRay’s Color Bar charges a 20% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, subject to applicable law and the terms disclosed at booking.

We understand that things happen. If your plans change, contact Rachael as soon as possible at (845) 590-2704 so she can discuss whether an accommodation is possible.

5. Results and consultations

Results vary according to hair history, starting color, condition, maintenance, and other individual factors. Photos illustrate particular looks and do not guarantee an identical result. Creative showcase imagery may be illustrative rather than a client result.

Hair color correction requires a consultation before the service is scheduled. Discuss relevant sensitivities, previous treatments, and hair concerns directly with Rachael before a chemical service. Website content is not medical advice.

6. Gift cards

Contact Rachael to ask about gift card availability, amounts, purchase arrangements, and redemption terms. An inquiry does not create or activate a gift card. Any applicable terms will be provided before purchase and remain subject to law.

7. Content ownership

Website text, branding, photographs, and design elements belong to RayRay’s Color Bar or their respective owners or licensors. You may view the website and save references for personal, noncommercial use. Republishing, selling, or commercially reusing content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; impersonate another person; send spam; introduce malicious code; interfere with operation; or attempt unauthorized access. Provide accurate information and submit other people’s information only with appropriate permission.

9. External websites

Links to social platforms and other external websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and policies. RayRay’s Color Bar does not control their availability, content, or privacy practices.

10. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but the website may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be complete, current, or uninterrupted.

These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. They do not replace any separate agreement concerning a salon service.

11. Privacy and accessibility

See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and our Accessibility Statement for assistance using the website.

12. Changes and applicable law

Revised terms will be posted with a revised effective date and apply prospectively, subject to applicable notice requirements. The live current-date display does not change these terms or modify an existing appointment agreement.

Arizona law applies to these terms to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory protections that otherwise apply to you. Please contact us first with questions or concerns so we can try to resolve them.
